Sublimity Snow & Skate

 Our September shipment of Nike shoes has arrived early, but right in time for Back to school shopping. This month we did the Janoski In black/Iguana(Camo) and the Blazer Premium SE. Both shoes look great. The Camo on the Jano is slightly brighter than the same pattern is on the Dunk High from last month. Possibly because it lacks the wax finish treatment that the Dunk has. That being said, it's a nice difference and it looks tasteful. The Blazer is something that Nike has not done in the past. This is a supple full-grain upper with no lining. The heel of the upper has no hard shank. It makes for a very flexible and comfortable wearing experience. There's limited break in of the materials because they already so incredibly soft. It almost fits like a glove. The mid-sole has more foam than a standard Blazer so it too is more flexible and cushy. The other two shoes in the picture, are a re-stock of the Black/White Koston and a Grade School Sized janoski. Black/White Kostons are a staple and it's great to get a fill in. Back to school is in effect, so we figured it would be a good time to offer some shoes for the smaller skaters out there that want to rep a pair of Janos. We also have these available in a Black/White/Red color way that is not pictured. 

 It has been confirmed that we will be receiving the Nike SB x Levi Dunk Low Premium. It's looking like it will arrive here somewhere around the 6th of September. We will update as to the exact arrival date, and release date as time progresses. 

Our first shipment of R.A.D. wheels came in today. We got both the 74mm Advantage and the 72mm Release. Both models feature R.A.D.'s crown core that is 10 times stronger than regular longboard wheel cores so it won't deform under weight, and it has a specific shape that helps reduce chatter and produce smooth slides. This all translates to a smooth, predictable and fast ride. The Advantage is a offset wheels with a wider contact patch and flexible lips, and the Release is a stone ground, center-set free ride wheel. So far R.A.D. has put out 2 durometers; 78a and 80a in both shapes. I haven't gotten fancy product shots of these bad boys yet, so they aren't listed in our product section, but they will be soon. Until then, come on down to the shop and check them out. 

 It's half way through the month and we just got our August shoes. First up we have the Team Red/Team Red-Filbert Dunk high pro. It has a combination of pebbled leather and super soft suede. 

The second shoe is a Koston in Anthracite/Black-Buff Gold. This a a great color for the weather are we head into fall.

We have received 4 Skus of Adidas Skate shoes within the last month. I have been a little remiss in not posting this information earlier, but with the arrival of the latest color way of the Busenitz I thought now would be a good time to get the word out. Fresh on the shelf is a limited size run of the Busenitz in Bluebird/Running White/Yellow, aka the Blusenitz. We also have the Busenitz in Medium Cinder/Running white. The other model of shoe we have in from Adidas is the Campus Vulc. We have two color ways: classic Black/Running White and the Gonz color way of College Navy/Ocean/Running White. It's a great line up to start, and as we get into the swing of the Adidas program we will be bringing more into the shop. 

 Our shipment of Nike SB Dunk High Pros in Iguana/Black has arrived. They were delayed by a month in getting to us, but they are here at last. These feature waxed canvas in a green camo pattern with black suede panels. These are one of the more unique Dunk Highs we have had in stock in a while. We have limited sizing so come in and check them out soon. 

 The time has come. We have received our shipment of Nike SB Pushead 2 Dunk Low Premiums. We will begin selling them at 11:00am on Friday July 27th. We received 6 Pairs for sale. We ask that you please do not camp, or attempt to camp in front of the store until 6pm today. 

 We have received conformation that the Pushead 2s have been shipped from Nike's warehouse, and are scheduled to arrive next week. If they arrive on schedule, we are planning to put them on sale Friday the 27th at 11am. Camping can not begin until Thursday night at 6pm. We ask that you please respect this time, and not show up earlier than 6pm. We will update the blog again as we get closer to Friday. 

 We just received confirmation that we will be getting the Nike SB Pushead Premium. They have yet to be shipped out from Nike's warehouse. Once they have been shipped, I will update the blog as to when they will be delivered, and then when we will be putting them on sale. Thanks for your patience.
